These songs set poetry by my former colleague Jennifer Chang from her collection 'Some Say the Lark', specifically the 'Small Philosophies' section. I find congruity between Chang's meditations on thinking itself and my own writings on the ontology and phronesis of music. The songs were written for the Bowers Fader Duo.
